We are excited to announce that Brian Carroll will be teaching Free monthly MX training sessions throughout the year starting in April. All are invited.
Great for beginners and seasoned riders
We will start training right after the opening of practice times. Meet at the starting line. There will be a 30-45 minute ride on the track. Then a follow up after that will cover one or more of the following : Body position on the bike, starting, braking, cornering, line selection, passing, jumping and overall bike setup.
